Person-Centered Care

The person comes first.

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person has different goals, strengths, preferences, abilities, communication styles, family relationships, cultural backgrounds, health needs, community interests, and dreams for the future.

Our staff work with the individual and their support team to understand what is important to the person and what is important for the person. Our goal is to provide the right level of support while encouraging the greatest possible level of independence.
